Vanessa Hudgens was seen leaving her North Hollywood, CA home with boyfriend Zac Efron. The two were headed to East Restaurant and Bar to celebrate with friends on December 14, 2009, the day that Vanessa turned 21. The Disney star was wearing a lot of black that night, and I am not really feeling her outfit but the shoes are fab.
