RIHANNA'S FASHION SMASHION!

Rihanna was in New York City, New York leaving her hotel to attend an event at Carnegie Hall in silky Stephane Rolland gown wedding dress style on November 9, 2009. Rihanna was among other stars at the Glamour Magazine 2009 Women of The Year Honor Awards.

Her hair and make-up looks great -- but that dress looks like something GaGa would wear! I am not feeling it at all.  It's too over the top.
