DERYCK WHIBLEY & AVRIL LAVIGNE..HEADED FOR DIVORCE!

Deryck Whibley was getting his drink on outside of BOA nightclub in West Hollywood, California on August 27, 2009 as he entered his car. Though the Sum 41 singer made a point of showing off his wedding band, sources close to the couple have been saying he and wife Avril Lavigne who have been married since 2006 are headed for splitsville. 

It's not hard to believe! Avril Lavigne has been seen out numerous times partying, drinking, having a great time -- all without hubby Deryck. Actually when are the two ever photographed together anymore?? Exactly! Once your marriage goes bad in the public eye in Hollywood, there's really no turning back.
