OUTFIT OF THE DAY.

This outfit = love ;).  First off, this semi-casual outfit features a braided colorblock square neck shirt that features a tanish and teal color running across the black shirt. This shirt will give you a boho feel and is definitely in style for the new year, and has an average price tag of $16.50. 

Next comes a pair of skinny denim jeans -- duh just hearing the word skinny and jeans in the same sentence lets you know it's in style. These stylish jeans which are sure to turn heads have a good price tag of $22.50. Of course, for shoes you've got a pair of figure satin peep toe heels. These heels are a must have, as they match a lot of different outfits.  The 4" inch heels cost a low price of $19.50. 


Lastly, comes my favorite part of this whole outfit, the peacock earrings. Not only are these peacock earrings unique but they're great to have for a special occasion. These earrings are definitely something you can afford with a low price of $4.50.  To top the outfit off you can add a greenwood blvd tote, which is pewter(gray-ish) colored. I added a different color handbag to avoid having too much green or black, and this $19.96 handbag is definitely worth it. Enjoy!

Cute cute! This pink ruffled halter top by Sophie Chiffon is absolutely adorable. Ruffles are in this year, and I've never  been a fan of them myself but I do find this shirt to be something I'd try myself.  This fun and flirty shirt comes with a $15.50 price tag which is pretty awesome.

MILEY CYRUS SPENDS NEW YEARS WITH FAN.

One lucky(I guess you could say) fan gets to spend New Years eve with Miley Cyrus and Mandy! Miley allegedly showed up at Alison Kaprielian's house and spent the day with her and of course Miley's BFF Mandy was there too.

Alison, pictured above on the right devotes her time to a Pink Ribbon Club for breast cancer awareness which won MTV's contest. Miley will be performing in their High School tonight, and in honor of the breast cancer awareness and Alison's good doings everyone has to wear pink -- yes even the guys. Well congrats to her ;-).

BRAD AND GEORGE ON THE FRENCH GQ.

Check it out! It's the one and only Brad Pitt and George Clooney gracing the cover of French GQ. I'm honestly not a huge fan of Brad Pitt, but with his new movie The Curious Case of Benjamin Button I'm taking a liking to him -- and this cover flatters him pretty well. It's nice to see he doesn't have that silly mustache. Also, both George and Brad seem to be aging pretty well ;-).

Whether you like it or not ... ankle length heels are SO in with this new year. So now that you know - it's time to start shopping so you can look fabulous! Pictured on the left is a pair of ankle mid-heel boots which come in 3 different colors, hot tamale, brown, or white.  These boots were $89 but are on sale for $30, sweet deal. On the right is a fiesty pair of curved heel booties, which have the appearance of snake skin! These also come in 3 different colors, pewter, black, or brown.  Also on clearance, you'll pay $45 instead of $95.

Check out this pair of gray leather ankle boots which are perfect for the season right now.  They are originally $200 (wow!) but have been reduced to a still pricey -- $90. On the right is a pair of black suede laced heels, that are perfect for that funky girl. These have been reduced from $70 to $35, which isn't bad.

DANE COOK IS ROBBED BY HIS OWN BROTHER.

Yikes! Talk about a hit below the belt -- Dane Cook, having his fincial situations managed by brother Darryl McCauley, since the 1990s ....... is not so trustworthy after all. Darryl has been arrested and charged with larceny and forgery.  Authorities say in one case, Dane's bro forged a $3 million check and deposited it in his account, TMZ reports.

What a jerk! Apparently Darryl is a wee bit jealous and  wants some money of his own -- so he steals his brothers. Poor Dane.

CHARLES BARKLEY ARRESTED FOR DWI.

Charles Barkley was arrested early this morning on a DWI -- he should've waited for tonight to party, huh??? Police say they noticed Barkley, 45, running a stop sign in the Old Town section of Scottsdale at about 1:30 a.m. Officers pulled Barkley over, took him to a nearby mobile command post, and administered a blood test after declining to submit to a breath test, according to Gilbert, Ariz., police Lt. Eric Shuhandler, People reports.

It's also reported that for a first offense, someone found guilty of the charge Barkley faces might recieve between 1 - 10 days in jail at maximum, the suspension of drivers license for 90 days, and a fine of $1,000 or more, Shuhandler said. Yikes! Sounds like Mr. Barkley got himself into some trouble, it's all from being stupid. Good job!

What in the..? This is absolutely creepy! The ad shown in the video above was approved to be run by John Lennon's widow -- but is it TOO much??? I mean if you watch the video it features him, and his digital voice saying "You can give a child a laptop," when laptops didn't even exist when he was alive.

I personally find it to be a little too creppy, couldn't they have found somebody else???  Next thing you know, we'll have Elvis speaking in commericals.  Of course, the ad is for a good cause -- the One Laptop Per Child Foundation, but there's better ways to make $$ than this.

I love accessories -- which is what inspired me to make this accessories of the day list. If you're in the mood for some shopping & need to update your wardrobe.. these accessories are fabulous. Michael Lohan pictured with his daughter Lindsay above, claims to have made truce with his daughter. "There is a truce between Lindsay and I, so please stop adding any fuel to the fire. I respectfully ask that all sources, so called friends and mouthpieces refrain from any more comments or suggestions on her blog. " 

Weird. Michael is one of the most media attention wanters --  now all of a sudden  he doesn't want any attention and is publicly asking people to stop with the comments towards him or his daughters relationship??? Sounds fishy to me.

SARAH PALIN IS A GRANDMA.

Bristol Palin, 18, gave birth to a boy named Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston on Saturday, People magazine reports. He weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces, aw!  What's with the odd names??? People all around the world are starting to choose odd names for their kids and it's not really funny, I feel bad for the kids. I wonder if she'll sell her baby pictures to a magazine for money (lol).

DRESS OF THE DAY.

Check out this party dress of the day! This dress is very simple but that means it's perfect for accessorizing ;). I could see this dress being worn with a pair of gold sandals or gold strapped heels. If you're not a fan of white.. this dress also comes in berry, black, and gray. (Check out pictures below.) I personally prefer the white dress. I actually find the price to be pretty reasonable, at $35.

PROM JEWELRY 2009.

As I promised before here's a post about hot jewerly for your prom in 2009. Prom is getting closer and closer as time is flying by before your eyes. If you need some help with jewerly buying you've come to the right place. I've searched the internet and decided to share the best jewerly I could find to make your prom night complete.  Pictured first from left to right -- is a silver crystal bracelet that is absolutely stunning for $45.  The second picture features a long silver pair of earrings which are sure to stand out especially if your dress is more of the simple type, for $35.  Lastly, is a triangle type of crystal earrings which have crystal links dangling from them. These pair of earrings are priced at $29.

Wowzah! Both of these pair of earrings are gorgeous, and make me wanna dress up.  Pictured on the left is a pair of tear drop earrings which measure to be about 3.5", and are priced at a well worth $21. The colors on this particular pair of earrings is gorgeous -- it starts out with a lighter green and turns into an almost turquoise color.  Located next to those earrings is a pair of crystal tear drop styled earrings that are colored black diamond.  These beauties will cost you $26, and I almost want a pair for myself.

These silver crystal rhinestone circled earrings are definitely funky -- but very cute. They'll cost a higher price of $33 but are well worth it once you learn you're the only girl at prom with those earrings on. The pink oversized ring featured on the right is definitely a cool piece of jewelry to have for your upcoming prom. You'll pay $48 for this pricey ring.

This simple crystal box row stretch bracelet is perfect to match with almost any dress. The price is pretty understandable too, at $24.  Next to this bracelet is a pair of earrings that are anything but simple -- they are pretty fierce. These brown/black zebra 2.5" hoop earrings are perfect for that fiesty girl. They cost a low price of $15. Enjoy!

ZOOEY DESCHANEL ENGAGED.

Zooey Deschanel (plays in the new movie Yes Man) who looks pretty similar to Katy Perry but is 4 years older is engaged to her boyfriend and musician Ben Gibbard, according to US weekly.  The pair have been dating for almost a year and are very excited. Congrats! Getting engaged is exciting I can imagine. Check out a picture of her husband to be below ;-).

OLDEST MAN IN THE US DIES.

The oldest man in the US, George Francis has passed away Saturday of congestive heart failure, according to George's son Anthony Francis. How old was he?? 112 years and 204 days.  What a long life he led, that's pretty awesome -- but his death is a sad one. R.I.P. George Francis. I'm sure he lived a happy long life.

"He lived four years in the 19th century, 100 years in the 20th century, and 8 years in the 21st century. We call him the man of three centuries," said the younger Francis, 81, Yahoo reports.

This is absolutely adorable! Gwen and Gavin were spending some quality time together and teaching their son Kingston to rollerskate. I love how laid  back and normal the family appears to be in this photo. It's nice to see a working family in Hollywood, and this family is definitely a perfect example.

I haven't heard anything by them in the longest time, and all of a sudden they come out and cover this song.  Maybe they're trying to make a comeback by receiving attention from this cover.

Yuck! Check out the trailer of Hayden Panettiere's movie to be released Feb. 3, 2009 - which will be sent straight to DVD. After watching the trailer, I'm sure you'll feel the same way as I do.  The movie is obviously going straight to DVD for a reason - it sucks. You couldn't drag me to see this movie. Hayden doesn't seem to have much of a career right now, rut roh she better keep her game up or she could end up like Jessica Simpson.

MAN SHOOTS ANOTHER MAN FOR TALKING DURING MOVIE.

We all hate when somebody is talking during a movie -- especially a really good movie .... but that doesn't meet you shoot them! 29 year old James Cialella pictured above from CNN decided to do just that when a family was talking and ignored his requests to simmer down.

This angered Cialella, and quickly turned into a fight which triggered him to approach the family from the left side of aisle according to CNN, and then proceeded to shoot the father in the arm. Not only did he shoot the father in the arm - he threw popcorn at a kid! What is wrong with people today??? Why did he have a gun on him? Crazy! It's a little scary what people are really capable of.

TAYLOR SWIFT LOVE STORY VIDEO HAIR TUTORIAL.

Girls everywhere are wanting hair just like Taylor Swift's beautiful updo in her hit music video "Love Story," so check out this awesome tutorial. This Youtube video tutorial was done by a very talented user, Pursebuzz.  The video is about 15 minutes long, and the look is a little more complex than most of the videos posted recently but trust me the results are well worth it.

Yikes! I can imagine nothing but drama coming out of Lindsay Lohan's father Michael Lohan starting his own blog. Apparently he doesn't want to confuse readers who think it's about Lindsay or Sam.

Michael writes: After reviewing some of the comments on this blog and even others, let me say that this website is NOT about Lindsay or Samantha. I have no intention of disclosing any information or feelings I may have about either one of them unless it is in defense of what they or one of their "mouthpieces" might say about me. 

 Hmm! That's what he says now, but he seems like quite an attention seeker if I do say so myself. He also is apparently trying to push people into religion by stating that he is obviously very into God. THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON: MOVIE REVIEW

I just got home not too long ago from seeing yet another movie! Tonight I saw The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and despite the fact that I fell asleep for a little bit I must say it was a pretty good movie. I didn't like how long the movie was, but it was very well worth it and Brad Pitt did a good job of playing Benjamin. The movie was sad, but the meaning behind it was great.

Is it worth renting?? Yes. Is it worth buying?? Yes. I actually ended the movie with my boyfriend who is also a fan of it -- but thinks it might've been made more for girls. What do U think???

Congrats to her, but if I hear that song one more time on the radio my ears might bleed. Is anyone else sick of it??? Atleast her song Diva is a little less annoying and not so overplayed.

MARLEY AND ME: MOVIE REVIEW.

So I just got home about ten minutes ago from seeing the new movie Marley & Me. It was an okay movie -- sure it was extremely cute but a little cheesy as well. I actually got emotional during the movie and shed a few small tears, I'm sure you'd do the same.

Although the movie was predictable, and at times very slow... it's a great family movie. This movie is exactly what you will expect it to be. Is it worth seeing??? Sure, if you really like cheesy family movies. Is it worh buying on DVD??? No. Unless you have kids. I really regret not seeing Benjamin Buttons instead.

HOW TO GET CASCADING CURLS.

Yes!! Yet another Youtube tutorial video, you gotta love 'em. This particular tutorial is to achieve beautiful cascading curls. Curls are a gorgeous way to do your hair, especially for special occasions and even holidays! I have naturally wavy hair but am constantly straightening my hair -- but curls are perfect for something different for somebody like me. If you're the same way, I'd recommend trying this look it's simple and doesn't take long.

THE DARK KNIGHT

The Dark Knight (which I now own!) is only being released in Hong Kong, China.  Warner Bros has decided not to release it in other parts of China! Crazy, apparently China's culture and ideas are different than ours so Warner Bros didn't even waste time to try & get it approved in China, according to Yahoo.

How silly. I can't  imagine not being able to watch certain films because the country decides to ban them.

IS IT A COMEBACK IF IT NEVER LEFT??

In the past two years, Britney Spears has gone from having a major breakdown to trying to get her life back together. She has publicly humiliated her self with many embarrassing situations, and recently shown to the world that she has made a comeback.

In her TV documentary, Britney for the Record, Britney stated that she doesn't like when people refer to this time in her life as a comeback. What is it then? Well I believe it's a territory marking. Britney Spears has always been the princess of pop. Her music is well-known to people all over the world. She was a fashion-icon and idol for young girls all over the seven continents.

In the past year, Britney Spears shaved her head, hit a paparazzo’s car with a green umbrella, and was seen many times out in public with *gasp* no panties. Britney then went through a hard time in her life, with lots of hospitalization and therapy. At one point her parent's worried that the amount of stress put on her by the paparazzi and the amount of people trying to get a photo of her was putting her life at risk. While her parents worried about that, fans began to worry about what was going on with their Pop Princess. Was she all right? Rumors went wild saying Brit was bi-polar.

But Britney tried to pull her life back together, she tried performing at the VMA's in 2007, but that failed. She released an album, Blackout, which sold 3.1 million copies to this day, which isn't that bad, and made a music video for her song Gimme More, which showed that Britney was still not stable.

In 2008, Britney tried again, and this time was more successful. In 2008, Britney opened the show of the VMA's again, this time without performing. She was nominated and won 3 awards. This was the start of what was known to people as a comeback. She released a new album, Circus, which is a very good description of her life, and had two top ten singles off of that album, making her have seven top ten singles.

People may know this time as a comeback, but I say was she ever really gone? She wasn't, she just wasn't focused. And now, people are very happy to have the Britney they admire and adore back on tour, and doing what she does best. Performing.

LINDSAY LOHAN HAS A HALF SISTER.

Yikes! Lindsay Lohan doesn't seem too pleased in her new blog entry. She reveals a few things from having a half sister, to how Britney Spears is doing great. Poor Lindsay her life seems to be extremely troubling right now which really sucks -- especially since it's the day before Christmas.

On her half sister:
i have gone through a lot in my past, and to be completely honest, i am still going through a lot right now.. my father just let my family and i know, amongst others that he had another child after my little sister Aliana, or maybe he had it before Aliana?? either way, he cheated on my mother and that really sucks... MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

i feel like Britney Spears is an amazing talent, and she has gone through a lot, (just as i have) in the public eye.. which is not necessarily a bad thing.. It teaches young girls and boys that there are certain things in life that you should not let get in the way of your dreams and accomplishments. also that you need to take care of yourself before anyone else, and i mean anyone and everyone else. because at the end of the day, you have to look at yourself in the mirror and see who you really are. stripped of all the distractions in life. so YAY Britney for just being you and still following through with your dreams.

SHOULD CASEY ANTHONY BE SENTENCED TO DEATH??

I don't wish death upon any human being, and it's not like you are if you're hoping she gets the death penalty-- you just want justice to be served. It's a really really tough choice when you think about it completely. Poor Caylee Anthony will never be back into this world and never have a chance to live her life to the fullest, why should Casey Anthony???

I've been watching this case since it first broke news and it's honestly really heart breaking. I am getting upset right now as I'm typing this. I just will never understand what a little girl could've done to make her mother to do something like Casey did.

R.I.P Caylee Anthony 2005 - 2008.

I can't imagine what her grandparents, and other people in her life who deeply cared about this little girl are going through -- my condolences to them. I am sure she's in a much happier place, but I wish she could've been saved before this tragedy happened.

PETE WENTZ REVEALS MORE.

Just less than a week ago, Pete Wentz revealed his sex life to Howard Stern and now he 's revealing even more personal information to SIRIUS' The Morning Mash Up! yesterday. What did he reveal?????

He apparently has tasted Ashlee's breast milk and finds it to taste "weird" and "sour," okay excuse me while I go puke. Thanks. Pete also said that he'd like to have about six more kids (watch out Brad&Angelina!!) but if they decide to do so let's hope that Pete doesn't reveal more nasty information like he is now.

SCARLETT JOHANSSON SELLS USED TISSUE.

It's disgustingly true! Scarlett Johansson appeared on the Tonight Show about a week ago, and while explaining to Jay Leno that she had a nasty cold -- she was handed a tissue that both Jay and Scarlett decided had value. All earnings would go to USA Harvest, so her tissue sold at a winning bid of $5,300 all for a good cause!

According to eBay, there were 83 bids placed during the course of the auction, which began at $.99. All bidders' names were kept anonymous and anyone wishing to place an offer had to be pre-approved, so as to keep the bidding honest, OK! Magazine reports.

KANYE WEST LIP SYNCING???

There is a lot of talk about Kanye West's recent performance on SNL. A lot of people are in outrage claiming that he's lip syncing, and find it unacceptable for the rapper who thinks he's better than everyone else. I'll be honest, I'm not a fan of Kanye -- I won't go into details but his songs are okay! 

The performance was just him having bad luck that night, and if he was lip syncing I'm sure it would've sounded a hell of a lot better. Besides, let's face it folks .... a lot of singers can't sing live. Kudos to those singers that actually sing live.

Hmm!! Check out the trailer for Night At The Museum 2 above. I definitely saw the first one and yeah it was okay -- a bit funny but a second one??? I'm not so sure on how I feel about that. BRIAN LITTRELL'S SON IS SICK.

Former Backstreet Boy, Brian Littrell is currently dealing with his son Baylee being sick. Brian wrote on his personal website that his son was in the hospital last Thursday(12/18) & that he was starting a treatment. Baylee was released from the hospital two days later -- on Saturday.

Brian updated his website yesterday, with the following:

Before being admitted Baylee had been treated for or thought to have had strep throat, hand, foot, mouth disease and erythema multiforme. After receiving a biopsy, blood tests, an EKG and 2 echocardiograms, Baylee was finally diagnosed with A-Typical Kawasaki Disease. We would like to stress A-Typical because Baylee did not have text book symptoms of any of the viruses they thought he had.

Kawasaki Disease causes inflammation in the coronary arteries as well as the walls of the small and medium sized arteries throughout the body. Unfortunately, Baylee's coronary arteries were affected. He received an IVIG, which is a treatment to bring down the inflammation in his coronary arteries. Baylee will be closely monitored for the next 6-8 weeks by a Pediatric Cardiologist to see if the treatment was effective.



Aw, poor guy. I'm sure Brian and his wife are going through a tough time right now! Stick it out, I hope everything turns out for the best. Best wishes from Glamour Girl!

PROP 8 SUPPORTERS TRY TO NULLIFY SAME - SEX MARRIAGES!

Let me make this clear, I am completely for same sex marriages - I don't think that they affect me or anybody else in any personal way. However, there is a big issue with the religion factor and if that is so why not create a different name or process that will allow same sex marriages to take place and not affect people in a religious way?? The way I see it - is the only problem that should be stopping them from getting married is the "religious" factor but other than that who cares if you don't like it. Gays should have the same rights as you and I.

Anywho! Those against same sex marriages and for Prop 8 are pushing for the marriages that have already taken place legally to be considered void. What in the??? That is just unconstitutional and wrong, you cannot give somebody a right such as marriage and then take it away at the blink of an eye. This proposition would affect many marriages and even the popular Ellen DeGeneres marriage! In many years to come, people will stop being so ignorant and realize that gay marriage is acceptable -- just like many years after going through segregation we now have a black president.

Yep, it's who you're thinking it is. Happy Birthday to Bobby Brady Mile Lookinland who turned 48 years old today.  Little old Bobby Mike has come a long way since the Brady Bunch days(on the left) to a horrible mugshot in '97(on the right). He almost looks kinda scary in that picture, he was reportedly in for a DUI.

Doesn't seem like the Brady Bunch did well after the show ended!!

FERGIE'S WEDDING DATE.

If you didn't know, Fergie is engaged to Josh and now there's been a wedding date announced! Where?? When?? They will be having their wedding in the Los Angeles area on Jan. 10, PEOPLE confirms.

Fergie is 33, and her fiance is 36. Congrats Fergie. I wonder if there will be a baby coming out of this marriage?? Or will they adopt like a lot of celebrities do lately thanks to Angelina Jolie.  I can't wait to see what her wedding dress will look like ;-).

PRODUCT REVIEW: TOOL SCIENCE HAIR STRAIGHTENER

The Tool Science hair straightener pictured above is not really worth what you're paying for. The price of this hair straightener is about $60. I own this hair straightener, it was purchased in August 08 and it died on me today December 08. All I have to say is rip off -- another great thing is the warranty expired last month. I'm stuck with a dead hair straightener, oh joy. It actually started turning itself off for the last 2 -3 weeks and then today it decided to just quit on me.

The price is decent yes, but the hair straightener should've lasted more than 4 months!! I didn't buy this from Wal*Mart I bought it from Sally's. It was ok for the time that it lasted -- it heated up very quickly but didn't completely straightener my hair because my hair is thicker than most.

I give this product a 2 / 5 stars.

DOES ANYONE MISS THE SPICE GIRLS??

I don't know about you, but I sure do. I'm been a big fan of the Spice Girls since they first came out -- infact my first concert ever was the Spice Girls when I was about 6 or 7 years old. I don't remember much of the concert except for Scary Spice throwing her fur jacket into the crowd and me seeing a fan wearing it when I was leaving the concert.

How many of you own the movie Spice World?? Obviously I do! My bird and I love watching it together -- yep that's my bird up there he's a Congo African Grey and his name is Pepper. Isn't he adorable?? Anywho back to the Spice Girls. I'm not a fan of them going solo, I just don't think it works in their favor. However, I would love for them to go on tour again.Yes, I know they've already toured again not too long ago but I didn't get to go! :( I wanna go.

Twilight is back for round two!!!

That's right!!! It's starts filming in 12 weeks!!!

Now there are some changes to the cast. The director, Catherine Hardwicke, has been replaced by Chris Weitz but opposite of the rumors, Taylor Launter is not being replaced. He said that he had been working out since Twilight stopped filming and has since gained 19 pounds (of muscle) so he should be buff enough to fit Stephanie Meyers' physical description of Jacob Black!!!

There is also talk of a third installment and the people behind the first one say that if they are offered to do a third one there will be one!!!

MY PROM DRESS FROM MAY '08.

So I thought it'd be pretty cool to share my prom dress! ;-). Pictured above is my gorgeous prom dress from last year -- which cost me $300. This beauty was designed by Sherri Hill, and trust me it's worth the $300. I definitely got plenty of compliments on it! (Click the pics to make them bigger) I fell in love with my prom dress many months before it was even my prom and I'm still in love with it. I have no plans on selling it.

To compliment my dress, I wore pink shoes by Michelle D. In addition, I had a sequin purse which I absolutely adore by Juno Fashion. With my prom dress I actually took a chance and ordered it online and I hadn't seen it in person nor had I ever tried it on. I ended up ordering a size too big on purpose and had it tailored to fit me.  The online picture I ordered from is pictured below.

Prom was pretty much the best experience in my opinion throughout all of High School. It was just lots of fun and took your mind off of everything else happening in the world. Plus, I'm really not a fan of High School in fact I'm so happy I'm out of HS -- I hated it.

BOWS.

Bows are trendy! Anywhere from bow headbands, bow necklaces, bows on panties, bows on belts, etc the possibilities are endless. In this entry I'm going to help you find some cute bow items that would be a great addition to your closet ;-).

Pictured above is a black bow headband which is very classy, and perfect for a simple accessory. The price is excellent too -- at only $5. If you're a fan of earrings, these bow tie earrings are a must have!! And again, another great price at only $6.

Hmm hmm, what do we have here??? First off we have a plaid bow wool tunic shirt that is absolutely adorable -- and better off being worn as a dress. It's a perfect opportunity to bring out those black leggings!! The price of this lovely tunic is $20, not bad. Second off we have a bow front tulle trim skirt that I am absolutely in love with at $27 -- what a steal. That skirt is to die for, all your friends will want to know where you got it.

Do you love designer items and clutches? Well if that's the case, you'll love these polka dot bow clutches that come in two different colors. The price is about $64 which is more than your average clutch, but if you can afford it -- it's definitely worth the money. If you're not a fan of headbands why not try a bow barrrette instead like the one pictured above. The barrette pictured is brown but can be bought in black and prices at $18 which is again a little above average but just worth it! :)

IS KHOLE KARDASHIAN REALLY ANTI- FUR?????

As I'm sure you know by now, Khole Kardashian agreed to pose naked for Peta in order to promote their "anti-fur" ad. Khole has a lot of people wondering if she really is anti-fur, because she was pictured a little over 6 months ago wearing a fur jacket(above on the left).  Khole is claiming that Peta changed her view on fur, and to forgive the fact that she's been pictured wearing so many fur coats.

Khole addressed the issue herself on her personal blog:

The reason PETA approached me initially is because in my past I did wear fur and they wanted to educate me on the brutal ways in which animals are skinned for their pelts.  After watching their video once, I was so horrified that I immediately swore off fur.  The cruel treatment I saw had a great impact on me and I am deeply hurt that people are trying to criticize me for uneducated choices I made in my past that I now regret terribly.

HOW TO GET OVER A GUY.

Coping with a breakup can be really hard, especially when it's you first love or with somebody you really cared about. The worst thing you can do after a breakup is mope around feel sorry for yourself.

Tips on getting over that horrible breakup:

• Keep yourself busy. This is the most important thing about dealing with a breakup!! By keeping yourself busy you're allowing yourself to not have too much time to think about the dreadful breakup or the guy.
  
• Have a girls night out. You probably haven't had a true girls night out in awhile because you've been so busy dating a guy -- but now it's the perfect time to go out & have a good time w/ your girlfriends. Remember this does not mean you have to find a guy.
• Don't rush into a new relationship. There's a 90% chance you won't be ready to just jump into a new relationship, and truthfully there is no need to. Let yourself emotionally deal with it  and then when you feel completely ready you can start dating around.
• Keep yourself distanced from him. It's important to keep yourself distanced -- don't constantly email him, text him, call him, hook up with him or anything of the sorts because it's hurting yourself in the long run. If it's over, it's over. You don't have to do this forever, but for a little bit it's wise to.
• Express your feelings.  Let it all out! Let your closest friends know how you feel, or you can write how you feel down. It's very important to get all the emotions out and come to terms on how you feel -- it'll make you feel a lot better and helps you accept the breakup.
• Don't check his Myspace / Facebook. I'm sure you'll be tempted to check his Myspace or Facebook and see if he has a new girl, or what girls are leaving him comments, picture messages -- whatever. The main point is don't do it, you'll make yourself feel worse & start to get jealous.
• Develop a new hobby. You're so used to spending time with a significant other that you will start to get lonely, but don't worry just develop a new hobby.  This breakup means the start of something new for you!! Start a hobby such as writing, singing, karate classes, sewing, arts & crafts, a sport, or something similar. It'll keep your mind busy.
  

Always remember all it really takes to get over a breakup is time -- but in the meanwhile you need to keep yourself grounded and occupied.

 A Los Angeles Superior Court official said Tuesday that MTV was recently granted permission to shoot in a courtroom in Beverly Hills, but it was done after hours — and that's not one of their judges sitting on the bench in "The Hills" footage.

MTV was granted permission to film "what purported to be a wedding outside of court hours" at the Beverly Hills courthouse, court spokesman Allan Parachini said Tuesday. He did not know who the participants were in the wedding, but Parachini said court officials wanted the filming to be treated as a news event.

Poor Taylor! She apparently got her wisdom teeth pulled out on Tuesday & is feeling the pain.  "So I'm laying in bed, half asleep. I got my wisdom teeth taken out the day before yesterday, and I'm feeeeling it. Yeah. It's forcing me to sit still for a few days, which I probably needed." Taylor blogs.

Jennifer Aniston might be flattered by Hugh Hefner taking a liking to her recent posing naked on the cover of GQ. Hugh was reportedly shown the cover of the magazine and made a remark saying that it looked like the cover of Playboy & that he's impressed by her, Us magazine reports. Uhhhh. All I have to say is that I still think Jennifer has a bunny pose going on -- no not a Playboy bunny pose, an actual bunny.

TIME'S 2008 PERSON OF THE YEAR

Obama has been named "Person of the Year 2008" by Time magazine. I'll say congrats to him. I don't appreciate that the election was more about popularity as in it was beginning to be "cool" to vote for Obama. You had celebrities all rooting for Obama -- which made up some peoples mind for them. A lot of Obama supports don't even know his policies nor do they agree with them.  Do you think he deserves it???

David Von Drehle's masterly story on our Person of the Year not only sketches out what's on Obama's mind but also reveals new details about how and when he realized that his first 100 days had to start on Nov. 5, the day after voters elected him to become the 44th President of the United States and the first African American to hold the office. Von Drehle also tells us — with Obama's help — how we should hold the new President accountable. Beyond his mastery of the issues, Obama revealed a more personal note: a slightly rueful sense that the world was tightening around him, that he would no longer be able to take a walk or shop for groceries. He seemed to be girding himself for the loss of being simply a regular citizen.

KELLY CLARKSON IS BACK!

The former American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson is set to have a new album and music video out pretty shortly, according to PerezHilton. Cool. I'm a fan of Kelly Clarkson - obviously not as much as I am Taylor Swift but hey Kelly is alright with me. Let's hope her new music video and album can do better than her previous records.

The video is being directed by Wayne Isham and the synopsis describes the vid as a "Cute tale of romance from childhood into adulthood.'"

She's really going to have to bring it to succeed. Do U think she can do it??

PETE WENTZ REVEALS A LITLE TOO MUCH.....

Yikes! Pete Wentz revealed a little too much information about his sex life to Howard Stern's radio show. I mean c'mon if it got leaked somehow from a friend, or a journal or something similar that's bad enough -- but to have your husband openly discussing your personal sexual life .. that's a little too much!

"We have an amazing sex life," the Fall Out Boy bassist, 29, said while promoting the band's new album, Folie a Deux. "We have such sexual chemistry," he went on. "If we had been on this show last year, we'd probably be doing it in the green room right now," Us Magazine reports.

Pete told the radio station that having intercourse with Ashlee was the best sexual encounter he's ever had.  He also revealed that Ashlee gives wonderful lap dances and dresses in thongs, plus sexy clothing. Jeez Pete is there anything we don't know about Ashlee's sexual life now??? THANKS, but no thanks. I bet Ashlee is a little flustered right now.
